CAF Procurement September 12th
Join us September 12th 1800 Fort Frontenac Kingston for a discussion about CAF Procurement, led by Leona Allesley, Defence and Security resilience executive. Leona Alleslev says
“Defence and resilience priorities are increasingly clear. The challenge is no longer identifying what matters—it is creating the conditions that allow critical capability to scale.”
Throughout my career, I have built and transformed complex systems in highly regulated and security-sensitive environment. Today my focus is helping governments, investors and industry leaders align procurement, industrial capability, governance structures and capital formation to build sovereign and allied capability at scale. Whether the challenge is industrial expansion, operational transformation, capital deployment, acquisition strategy, defence production, supply chain resilience or institutional design, the underlying question remains the same: How do we structure defence and security capability for scale?
Procurement is also a discussion topic for our 2nd annual Defence Forum, “RACE to Readiness” October 30th (All day) at the Officers’ Mess Fort Frontenac Kingston. Limited tickets available at $50.
